Thomson 102140 to Amstrad DRX895W

Hi All
Newbie question. Apols if this has already been covered but I can't find the answer in the archives.
Sky have sent me a new DRX895W to replace the old Thomson 102140 (apparently due to a known issue).
I have bought a 2TB drive to replace the 500GB that comes with the DRX895W (the 2TB version of the Seagate that is installed). I have opened up the DRX895W and removed the 500GB but not yet installed the 2TB.
Can I use Copy+ to move my stored recordings from the old box to the new 2TB drive and if so will I lose anything?
I read about the EPG but I'm happy enough with the Sky+ 8.3.2.
Thanks in advance.
Mark

Copy+ is not compatible with the new HD boxes as either source or destination.
Google for and use ExPVR. Sorry - Not my software, so I can not offer any support on it.

EPG version has nothing to do with it. EPG is not stored in FLASH in the box, not on the hard drive. My assumption "happy enough with the Sky+ 8.3.2" is that you think the EPG version will be copied over from the source disk? That's not the case - you'll get whatever EPG Sky have supplied on the DRX895W.
