That said, how come there are Anytime programs saved to my Sky+ HD

Because that's how it works; every night your box records programs from a hidden channel to your sky+ hd hard drive. They do not use up any of the space displayed on your planner because roughly half of the hard drive had been marked as reserved for this purpose and the box will not allow you to use up more than half of the space (to leave space for the anytime recordings). The box will record all of the programs, even if you are not subscribed to them (hence why the movies are on there for you), you just wont be able to watch them.
The reason why the box has to record the programs every night is that there is no way for your box to request that a recording is sent to you (satellite is one way!), so it just has to get the whole lot and save it. Apparently sometime next year a full video on demand service will be released which uses the currently unused ethernet socket on Sky+ HD boxes to connect to the internet and download programs that way.
