copy from sky+ box and saving on Humus freesat box

My sky+ box is almost full of saved cookery and garden programs. I want to terminate my sky subscription but still want my saved programs. Can I copy my sky+ programs to an external drive (1TB) which is connected to my PC and then when I get the Humus freesat box, copy the programs to it. Will the programs run from the Humus box? Can the copied programms be viewed on my PC. My Sky+ box has a USB port on the front and the rear. Can I use either of these or do I have to remove the hard drive? Sorry if this has been covered before, I have searched but couldn't find an answer.

No, it is not possible to transfer most content to the Humax box as all the pay channels are encrypted.
This may just be possible for some of the free to air content, but as I don't own a Humax box I can not say for certain what features it supports - Sorry.
