Hi All,
I have been reading the various threads on here, and a little confused as to what the options are, and thought best to ask before i disconnect the box, and take it apart.
So i have a 320gb 780 model, had it for years, it has been Darwin upgraded ( as most would be by now ), and the planner is hovering around the 90% full mark ( thus wanting to upgrade )
I don't want to lose the recordings, and they are mostly Sky recordings, not FTA.
All the recordings are recent, so post darwin, just not sure what this means..
Can i increase the disk size without losing the recordings... if so is this limited to less than a 1TB ( this isn't an issue 1TB is fine ) ?
If i got a sky box with a bigger hard drive, could i copy the recordings from my 780 to it ?
What are my options then ?
Bit confused, so any Help is clarifying is much appreciated.
Cheers
Paul
